IN NO EVENT WILL PORTVELOCITY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SITE (IF ANY), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
